The choice of dust bag is very important, it directly affects the dust removal effect of the dust collector. The dust bag is selected from the following aspects: gas temperature, humidity and chemical composition, particle size, dust concentration, filtering wind speed, dust removal method and other factors. The dust bag is also called a filter dust collector. It is a dry and efficient dust collector. It is a dust removal device that uses a bag filter element made of fiber braid to capture solid particles in dusty gases.
The working principle of the dust bag is that when the fibers are wound on the filter cloth, the dust particles are intercepted by the inertial force and the fiber collision. In the flower board planning, the interval of the filter bag holes is mainly set, and the distance is related to the bag diameter, the length of the dust bag, the dust removal performance, and the filtration speed. If the gap between the holes is too close, the bottom of the filter bag will rub against each other, the bottom of the filter bag will rupture within a few months of operation, and the airflow in the box will rise too fast to add dust emissions and add filtration material. The filtration load is too high and the cleaning ability is insufficient. According to our company's engineers, the interval between the bag and the bag should be planned according to the length of the dust bag and the rising speed of the air flow, at least 2/5 of the filter bag diameter. This planning is reasonable and reliable.
The uniform arrangement of plate holes is suitable for small and medium-sized pulse dust collectors. Dense and dense placement is suitable for large and medium pulse dust collectors. Note on flower board planning: The flower board should accept the negative pressure of the system and the weight of the filter bag, dust layer and bag cage. If the flower plate is deformed, it may affect the straightness of the filter bag and the sealing effect of the bag mouth. In the planning, the lower part of the flower board should be strengthened. The dust collecting plate should be bright and flat, without deflection, unequal height defects, and flatness error not greater than 2/1000 of the length of the flower plate. The periphery of the plate hole needs to be lubricated without burrs, and the tolerance of the hole diameter of the flower plate fixed by the elastic expansion ring is ± 0.3mm. After processing the aperture, the device's orientation and theoretical azimuth error should be less than 1.5mm. The flatness error does not exceed 2/1000 of the board length.
